Gretchen Caldwell, MSN, APRN-FPA, FNP-BC, CVNP-BC, has dedicated more than four decades to studying the connection between health, healing, and human potential. Her journey began in nursing, but a passion for understanding wellness beyond conventional medicine led her around the world in pursuit of knowledge.
After graduating from MacMurray College in 1988, Gretchen continued her education in Switzerland at the renowned Paracelsus School of Natural Medicine, where she studied natural and holistic approaches to health. Throughout her career, she has explored a wide range of disciplines, including herbal medicine, Chinese medicine, Bach remedies, cryotherapy, wellness technologies, and advanced aesthetic treatments.
She further expanded her expertise through advanced medical aesthetics education in Seoul and Gangnam, South Korea, where she studied alongside internationally recognized leaders in aesthetic medicine, refining advanced techniques in fillers, biostimulators, thread lifting, and energy-based therapies. Her lifelong commitment to learning continues today through ongoing education in regenerative medicine, injectables, longevity-focused wellness, and the latest innovations in aesthetic care.
Today, Gretchen brings together the best of traditional healthcare, natural medicine, and modern aesthetics to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting results both inside and out.
